Our clients wanted to give their villa a modern yet practical renovation which would complement their young active family. Given the restricted areas spaciousness was key, we achieved this by knocking down walls to open up the kitchen into the living area and adding a stacking window to act as a servery flowing through to the entertainers backyard. Re-plastering of water damaged walls due some non-existing waterproofing from the original build. fresh white paint throughout and beautiful American oak flooring definitely created a sense of space. Modern finishes and premium inclusions such a underfloor heating has put this villa in a category of its own.
